CANCELLATION POLICY Half of total room charges due at time of reservation If reservation is cancelled within 60 days prior to reservation arrival date, deposit will be 100% refundable, 30-60 days prior, 50% refundable, less than 30 days, a credit will be held for one (1) year. Balance of room charge is due at the time of check out HOLIDAY POLICY (December 15th - January 2nd) A four night minimum stay is required during this time Half of total room charges due at time of reservation (non-refundable after seven days) Balance due November 1st (non-refundable)
